Parks, Squares and Alleys is the DIY dreampop project of Tbilisi, Georgia-based artist Sergey Khavro.

I'd never heard of them either, but after stumbling upon them it is now it is my firm belief that many more music-loving people who are in the know should know about this melodic goodness STAT.
