Pretty Girls Make Graves
This is the hot shit. Pretty Girls features ex-members of eight billion bands, including Death Wish Kids, Murder City Devils and Kill Sadie. They put out a great debut album a couple years back called Good Health and followed that up with an even better one called The New Romance. Within the span of those two albums, the Pretty Girls sound has evolved, or "matured."
Now they lean less on the verse/chorus/verse songs, but instead use a more imaginative structure that builds tension and energy until it explodes in climax. But they'll only cum musically when they're ready. No one puts Pretty Girls in the corner. But I bet when you see them live and hear how incredible their guitar player is, you'll be ready to put out. I'm serious. You'll be dropping your pants in no time. Good thing most venues have a Pants Optional policy or you'd be screwed.
