#1 Tanlines - The Fonda - Wednesday - December 2 - 2015 A.D.

Super dope dance pop duo Tanlines will instantly put you in a better mood. They play The Fonda on Wednesday. Go. Be happy. Stay at home. Remain slightly unnerved.

#2 Four Tet - Lot 613 - Saturday - December 5 - 2015 A.D.

Kieran Hebden (AKA Four Tet) plays a six hour (oh my god) DJ set at Lot 613 on Saturday. That's a lot of knob time, Kieran! Good thing he's good and at least his sounds aren't inspired by Siddhartha.

#3 Two Gallants - The Observatory - Friday - December 4 - 2015 A.D.

Bay Area post _____ folk rocksters Two Gallants have been slinging the musical goodness for years but this old song (what was 2005 even LIKE, man) is still my favorite of theirs. It's one of the best murder ballads this (alive) side of J. Cash. See them Friday at The Observatory or die tryin'.

#4 Purity Ring - Shrine Expo Hall - Saturday - December 5 - 2015 A.D.

Canadian electronic duo Purity Ring do their cold melodic thing at Shrine Expo Hall on Saturday. Also (as of this writing) their hometown hockey team the Edmonton Oilers are in dead last place in the NHL at a cooooool 8 wins and 14 losses.

#5 !!! - Echoplex - Sunday - December 6 - 2015 A.D.

I guess it's possible to have a miserable time at a chk chk chk (!!!) show but it's not likely. I'd play the odds on this one. Sunday. Echoplex. Be there. Or, don't. I don't care. I just want you to be #happy
