There are many good shows in LA this week.

2. John Early does stand-up at The Satellite on Tuesday, May 9th (tickets).

But moving on to happier times,

John Early headlines this comedy show and that dude is hilarious.

3. Com Truise plays The Regent Theater on Thursday, May 11th (tickets).

Been loving this dude's jams since 2011 A.D.

This is still my favorite Com Truise song.

I ❤️ it.

4. PJ Harvey plays The Greek Theatre on Friday, May 12th (tickets).

This is the #8 most popular upcoming show.

Everybody save it and let's get it to #1.

5. Tiny Moving Parts play The Regent Theater with Real Friends on Friday, May 12th (tickets).

In the humble opinion of this music blob, Minnesota's Tiny Moving Parts are one of the best math-emo-punk bands out there.

If you like this song (spoiler: you will) listen to the whole album.

This band rules.

6. Princess perform at Largo on Saturday, May 13th (tickets).

Princess is Maya Rudolph and Gretchen Lieberum.

Can't never remember what band this dude was in before this one.

10. Matt Pryor and Dan Andriano play The Echo on Sunday, May 14th (tickets).

Matt Pryor is from The Get Up Kids. Dan Andriano is from Alkaline Trio.

Together, they're playing post emo songs at The Echo.

This is the best Alkaline Trio song most likely.
