Radiohead: CREEP OR CALL IT QUITS ALREADY.

April 1, 2012
Seriously, these band names just keep getting better and better. I mean....Radiohead!? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!?! Even more hilarious, the singer spells his name "Thom" instead of "Tom." WTF!

Anyway, this all-guy group from somewhere in England (sound familiar? Can you say hellloooooo The Beatles!) is only being talked about AT ALL because they had this song called "Creep", like, FOREVER AGO. And while I guess I liked how the singer said "you're so f'ing special" in it, and I did kinda appreciate how the song started soft and then got loud and then soft again (just like LIMP B = BEST BAND EVER!!!), mostly it was just one big snooze fest. Snore me later, "Thom!"

Apparently this band has put out a bunch of records (including one album where they wanted US to tell THEM how much it costs! HAHAHA!), but I've never sniffed anything remotely resembling a JAM since MAYBE "Fake Plastic Trees." And that song was just popular because their singer was in a grocery cart in the video acting all worn out. IT'S LIKE, NO ONE CARES YOU'RE TIRED!

But like all one-hit-wonder bands from the 1990's (like that "You said, what about breakfast at Tiffany's" band), Radiohead has recently resurfaced to play "Creep" once more to anyone that still cares. They'll probably save it 'til the last song too, because as mentioned, it's their ONLY SORTA GOOD ONE! Great, that means we have to sit through a few hundred minutes of filler songs that have happy titles like "Let Down" and "The Bends" and "How to Disappear Completely." Man, talk about buzzkills. Ruin my life, why don't you? JUST PLAY "CREEP"!! They should be happy they have fans old enough to even remember "Creep!"

And seriously, if they don't play "Creep" when they play Coachella (which isn't EVEN as good as Lollapalooza because that guy from Porno For Pyros doesn't do it and he RULEZ!), I'm going to be sooooooooo PISSED!

Radiohead plays Coachella.
