This is the dream of Jimmy and Ben.
To form a long distance band. To collaborate on an album via packages sent through the mail. To have that album come out via Sub Pop. To have that label hope it might catch on with some Death Cab or Dntel fans and might sell 20K copies. To have the album then become the second best selling album in Sub Pop's history... to Nirvana's "Bleach." Nirvana. Bleach.
To play a handful of shows to at-capacity rooms in mostly small spaces. To Give Up. To stop recording. To stop touring. To do some other things for 10 years.
To reform in 2013. To record some more. To tour at places like... the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. To play "Such Great Heights" to thousands and thousands. To have it still be a jam.

The Postal Service plays the Fox Theater, on Monday, April 5th. And oh yeah, with two Coachella dates sandwiched in between.
